THE PIVOT THAT SHAPED MY WORK
When the pandemic forced the closure of our flagship retail store, I stabilized operations while designing the next model.
That moment led to two new revenue streams: a national wholesale business and an education and advisory platform.
Within 18 months we expanded into 10,000+ retail doors and launched enterprise education partnerships that diversified revenue beyond brick and mortar.
As those partnerships grew, we launched a foundation model that translated commercial success into sustained community investment.
